Who is Gravity Strength Coaching for?
In short, everyone! We believe everyone ought to have an opportunity at achieving personal fitness goals. We assist in fat loss, building muscle, gaining strength and specializations such as youth athletics, old age quality of life and strength sports.
What Experience / Qualifications do you have?
From being a CPT to a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and nearly a decade in the industry, we have plenty of experience with all populations and fitness backgrounds. Along with plenty of experience in rehabilitation and special populations, we’ve worked with those aged anywhere from 13-70. We also are accomplished powerlifters with a team!
What is your style of Coaching?
We are heavily invested in YOUR goals here at Gravity Strength. We are believers that anyone and everyone deserves to feel strong and capable in their own body. Our training style revolves around ensuring you feel that same strength. From losing fat to becoming the strongest person you can be (inside and out!), we make certain to push our clients / athletes to achieve their goals.
Do you offer a free assessment / consultation?
YES! For those interested in training, we offer a free assessment and/or meeting with one of us in order to discover your history, current fitness and goals. We can work with you in order to find the proper starting point in order for you to reach your goals - absolutely FREE.

How do you take payment?
We pride ourselves in being the most affordable, wallet-friendly personal training / fitness coaches in Regina. We believe in providing the opportunity for all to partake in fitness and health and our prices reflect as such. We take payment in cash or e-transfer and provide invoices in the chance that your current benefits program can assist in paying for our services.
We also offer payment plans and adjustments based upon your budget!
How do you make training fun?
We believe building strong relationships with our clients is key to ensure success and a creation and maintenance of a healthier lifestyle. Making certain you feel comfortable and confident in a gym setting is foundational for us. We’ll take the extra steps to ensure you enjoy your fitness journey with us, and beyond! - we also love to keep high energy, build inside jokes with our clients and allow our clients to become a heavy hand in the entire process!
